
Moto Morini X-Cape 650, launched towards the end of 2022 in India, came in two variants – the X-Cape 650 and X-Cape 650X. Now, the company has unveiled its successor, the X-Cape 700. Here’s what’s new about it.

Torque now increased by 14Nm
The biggest change has been to the motor to meet the latest Euro 5+ norms. This has resulted in an increase in capacity from 649cc to 693cc and a 10hp increase in power and 14Nm increase in torque. There is also now a slightly longer exhaust and the overall styling sees slight revisions. The company claims a dry weight figure of 213kg and a ground clearance of 190mm. Braking duties continue to be handled by a set of Brembo calipers and a 298mm dual disc setup at the front and a 255mm disc at the rear.
