The Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) has released the industry sales number for the month of October 2022. Last month, the auto sector cumulatively sold 1,923,032 units in India, witnessing a 6.1 per cent growth compared to 1,810,856 vehicles sold in October 2021. These numbers include passenger vehicles, three-wheelers, two-wheelers, and quadricycles. So, as for domestic passenger vehicle sales, the industry collectively sold 291,113 units, which is a growth of 28.6 per cent compared to 226,353 units
